Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible.
Please note:
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and display settings.
Print placement may differ due to fabric repeat.
Return Process
Email us at support@bornovr.com to request a return.
Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions and shipping details.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible items can be exchanged for another size/colour (subject to stock).
If replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement if available, or process a refund.
Shipping Back
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
