Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (India Only)

  • Flat shipping fee: ₹150 on all orders.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once shipped.

  • We ship through trusted partners: DTDC, Delhivery, and Blue Dart.

Track Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

  • If your order hasn’t reached you within 10 days of shipping confirmation, email us at support@bornovr.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
